The shampoo is great, it doesn't completely strip my hair and leave it feeling dry, and my scalp doesn't feel irritated after using it; I think my scalp is getting healthier.
The oil has been very good to my hair after 2 weeks of usage I am so excited to see what will happen in the next couple of weeks.

THIS FEELS LIKE GOD HIMSELF KISSED MY SCALP. The shampoo lathers so richly, but that conditioner DETANGLES, and there's a cooling sensation after using both on your scalp. Will buy again.
I love this shampoo; I see less hair on wash day. My hair feels so soft and healthy and let's not forget how moisturizing it feels to the ends of the hair strand. My hair is mean when it's wet, and this shampoo is the best medicine for it. There are fewer tangles, it smells good and is worth every penny.
I used this on hair within human braids and had no problem , the shampoo is very rich and moisturising. I will buy again.

I have used the Root Revive shampoo for a month and already ordered another bottle as well as the scalp massager and I still have plenty left of my first one! I am transitioning into micro locks and the elasticity and strength of my hair is like I’ve never seen before! It’s soft as cotton and the hydration is phenomenal! Even without conditioner! Love this product! I will order the conditioner once my hair fully locks. Highly recommended!
I was convinced about the efficacy of this Brand from the very first time I used it. The shampoo gave my 4c hair so much slip and cleansed my hair and scalp thoroughly. Also, the product has a very lovely, earthy scent. I have a very dry hair but it did not dry my hair out. I will highly recommend this product.

This usually happens when your parcel is a part of a consignment (group of parcels) and the tracking is updated for each one of the parcels within the batch. This explains why it seems the package is bouncing across the country but is not actually the case.
Orders placed before 12pm UK time will be processed on the same day and cannot be altered.
In the instance that your order is yet to be processed you can check this by completing this form here if your order hasn't been packed you will have an option to cancel. If you don't have an option to cancel then your order has already been processed and is on its way to you.
If you still want to cancel your order you can always refuse delivery of the parcel but please do bear in mind that the associated shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
