You will have received a tracking link in your confirmation email, please kindly check your junk if you can't find it. The link provides the latest information on your parcel.

In the instance that your parcel is taking significantly longer to arrive than the expected timeline or your tracking information says “delivered “ and you still haven’t received it then the quickest and easiest way to rectify this is to submit a claim here.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 days to prepare and ship your order

Transit Times:

  • UK: 1-2 Working Days
  • US, Canada & EU: 2-5 Working Days
  • International: 3-7 Working Days

This usually happens when your parcel is a part of a consignment (group of parcels) and the tracking is updated for each one of the parcels within the batch. This explains why it seems the package is bouncing across the country but is not actually the case.

Orders placed before 12pm UK time will be processed on the same day and cannot be altered.

In the instance that your order is yet to be processed you can check this by completing this form here if your order hasn't been packed you will have an option to cancel. If you don't have an option to cancel then your order has already been processed and is on its way to you.

If you still want to cancel your order you can always refuse delivery of the parcel but please do bear in mind that the associated shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
