This hair mask is amazing! I applied it to my hair and set under my steamer for about 35 minutes. It left my hair so soft! I used the shampoo, tangle slayer conditioner, and the deep conditioner! Great products. The deep conditioning mask is a great detangler too! I think it provides even more slip than the tangle slayer conditioner! I’m very pleased!

Used this for the first time as I wanted to blow dry my hair for a length check, my hair ate it up!!!! Once washed out my hair felt silky smooth, I then followed up with the leave in conditioner and extra strengthening oil, it been 3 days and my hair is still silky smooth!

I absolutely love this deep conditioner. It immediately helped with the tiny little fly aways i had in the front of my hair caused from breakage. Listen ladies the Herbal Silk Mask works. I have been using the leaving in conditioner for sometime as I am challenged with keeping my hair moisturised. I then decided to use the mask and girrrrl did it give me moisture and a silkiness that I have not experienced in a long time. Keep up the good work. I was convinced about the efficacy of this Brand from the very first time I used it. The herbal silk conditioner instantly added some strength and volume to my fine 4c hair. Also, the product has a very lovely, earthy scent. I have very dry hair but it left my hair moisturized and reinvigorated. I highly recommend this product.

Where is my order?
You will have received a tracking link in your confirmation email, please kindly check your junk if you can't find it. The link provides the latest information on your parcel.
In the instance that your parcel is taking significantly longer to arrive than the expected timeline or your tracking information says “delivered “ and you still haven’t received it then the quickest and easiest way to rectify this is to submit a claim here.

Why does my tracking info show that my parcel has been bouncing from state to state?
This usually happens when your parcel is a part of a consignment (group of parcels) and the tracking is updated for each one of the parcels within the batch. This explains why it seems the package is bouncing across the country but is not actually the case.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders placed before 12pm UK time will be processed on the same day and cannot be altered.
In the instance that your order is yet to be processed you can check this by completing this form here if your order hasn't been packed you will have an option to cancel. If you don't have an option to cancel then your order has already been processed and is on its way to you.
If you still want to cancel your order you can always refuse delivery of the parcel but please do bear in mind that the associated shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
